Running Cars On Water

WATER 4 GAS

Gas is not going to get cheaper, ever. Learn to live with it by changing your habbits. Even way before gasoline hits $6 gallon we are all going to have to change our behavior when it comes to driving.

Right now, one possible solution that can help reduce what you pay per gallon is to partially start running your cars on water.

Oil supplies are being used up even while demand is growing around the world. We are rapidly approaching a time when the oil that can be pumped out of the ground is less than the world’s demand for oil. Hopefully long before that day arrives you might think back and laugh at the way we depended so long on oil.

The alternative energy supplies we have heard about for years are slowly developing but we need to be building lots of them right now. We must all start using less energy and less gas in any way we can before it all starts to run out.

Remember the newsreel shots of the blimp the Hindenburg bursting into flames and burning up with in seconds? It did that because it was filled with HYDROGEN. We were taught at school that water is made up of hydrogen and oxygen both of which burn. You just have to extract or separate them first before you can use the hydrogen for fuel. Hydrogen is a very good fuel so we could be trying to get the hydrogen out of water and use that as gas but it used to be thought too expensive.

Now hobbyists and engineers have developed easy to build systems that can make hydrogen gas from water. The gas can then be used as part of the fuel used to run your car engine.

They say that you can just buy the various parts at a local hardware store and assemble the kit in your garage. You then just spend a couple of hours fitting it to your car and you are ready to generate hydrogen gas from water.

It has always been a dream of engineers to be able to run a car on water and while you do still need to use normal gas in combination with these systems, using the hydrogen should give you better gas consumption.

Some of the claims made about these kits are remarkable. There are reports that people have increase mpg by 50% but even if it is just 10% or 20% that can add up over time.

WATER 4 GAS

Welcome to our new Increase MPG blog.

We will be talking about a wide variety of topics that relate to the high cost of gas and what you can personally do about it.

You don’t have to feel powerless. But you can’t sit around and wait for the government to come and save you by finding some miracle to drive down the cost of gas, ’cause it just isn’t going to happen.

Expensive gas is here to stay and this is actually a good thing. It means we, as a nation, will finally find a way to move on from the only true form of energy we know how to extract and use at a cheap cost.

It means that alternative forms of energy will become commercially viable. If we find a way to lower the price of gas, we will simply slide back into our old ways of consumption.

It can’t last. There is a finite amount of oil on this planet to use. The end times of oil has to come. Unfortunately it appears that we are living through it.

We have to change. If we don’t, what kind of world will our children be left with?
